  1. This form is to be filled out by the party organiser ONLY for the whole party.
  2. Complete the pre-order below for each guest within your party, selecting their choices from the dropdown options.
  3. If anyone does not require a starter or dessert, select no starter or no dessert from the dropdown.
  4. If a grill item is ordered, please write in the Dietary/Allergies column,  if they require a sauce and if its a steak, how they would like it cooking.
  5. Any side orders can be ordered on the day, Just mention it to your server.
  6. Please, submit your pre-order at least 48 hours before your booking date.
