Hot Tub FAQs

Do I need to shower before or after using the hot tub?
Yes. We kindly ask all guests to shower with soap and water both before and after using the hot tub. Showering beforehand removes lotions, oils, deodorants, and bacteria to ensure the water remains clean and the sanitiser can work effectively, while showering afterwards helps refresh the skin and remove any remaining residues.

How long can I use the hot tub for?
For your comfort and wellbeing, please limit each session to a maximum of 20 minutes to help prevent skin irritation.

How many guests can use the hot tub at once?
The hot tub accommodates a maximum of 8 guests at any one time.

Booking & Forms

Why do I need to complete an intake form?

Your intake form helps our therapists assess any medical conditions and recommend suitable treatments. It ensures your safety and allows us to provide the best possible experience.

How do I complete my intake form?

After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a link to log in and complete your intake form. This link can be forwarded to other members of your party.

Do I have spa access if I only book a treatment?
