Terms and Conditions
- A Credit/Debit card is required to secure your reservation for Room Only rates & Bed & Breakfast rates (excluding advanced wedding rates.) There will be no charge if a reservation is cancelled before 09:00hrs 1 day before your arrival. If the reservation is cancelled after this time or in the case of no show, we will charge 100% of the room rate and act as a cancellation fee.
- £50 deposit is required per room at time of booking for all Wedding or Function Bed & Breakfast rates.
- Full payment is required at time of booking for all Dinner, Bed & Breakfast packages & Spa Breaks packages.
- All pre-payments & Deposits are non refundable. Any cancellations or no-shows will act as a cancellation fee.
- 3rd Party reservations such as Buy A Gift & Red Letter Days require credit/debit card details for guarantee. No payments will be made unless the 3rd party voucher is void or invalid; then full payment will be made.
- 3rd Party reservations once confirmed cannot be cancelled or refunded. The transferring of a booking to other dates will be subject to a administration charge. Reservations cannot be transfered within 48 hours of arrival
- Check in to your room is from 15.00hrs – 21.00hrs. Checkout of your room is 11.00hrs.
- Please be aware that pub rooms on a “B&B rate for wedding or function guests” are located above our function room and noise carries until 01.00hrs.
- The use of the Mill Wheel Spa facilities are only available to guests on Spa Break Packages.
- We reserve the right at all times to cancel any reservation without notice or reason.
- Any Children under the age of 16 must share a room with someone over the age of 18
- Own alcohol is not to be brought onto the premises – we reserve the right to confiscate alcohol found and return it on departure.
- No smoking is permitted with in the premises.
- Swim wear must be worn at all times within the spa hot tubs and must not be used between the hours of 23.00hrs – 08.00hrs
- We ask to take a secure swipe of a Credit/Debit Card on check in.
- In the event of any damage caused by yourselves or your party during your stay; by excepting these terms and conditions will authorise The Three Horseshoes Inn Ltd to debit the debit/credit card. This charge can include and is not limited to any damage or smoking in the room and the cost of decommissioning a room.
