We take pride in supporting local farmers and using the finest regional produce. Our Longhorn beef is sourced from Will Pearson’s Dunwood Farm in Longsdon, just five miles away, while our lamb comes from Tom Allen in Foxt, under 10 miles from our kitchen. We also use seasonal fruit and vegetables, ensuring every dish bursts with fresh, locally inspired flavours.
