- We will then send you a e-mail with instructions on how to download our loyalty app from your app store.
- Every time you eat or drink with us; open your app & present the QR code, before you pay and we will add the points.

- Not a problem. Next time you visit us, ask for a loyalty card instead of using the app.
The Mill Wheel Spa Loyalty Club
Every time you visit The Mill Wheel Spa, we will automatically add points to your client record.
- Automatically earn points as you spend on Treatments, Products or Spa Day Packages. For every £1 spent you will earn 4 points.
- Every 100 points earned = £1, to spend on Treatments, Products or Spa Day Packages in The Mill Wheel Spa.
- To inquire how many points you have earned, just ask reception on your next visit
Three Horseshoes & Mill Wheel Spa Loyalty Club Terms & Conditions
Three Horseshoes Loyalty App or Card must be presented before or when asking for your bill. Loyalty points cannot be added after a bill is paid. We will not add points from previous visits
Maximum of 2000 points can be earned per visit.
Unused loyalty is automatically deleted after 2 years.
Points can only be multiplied during offers to a maximum of 2 times.
Loyalty cannot be added from ledger accounts or Accommodation.
Points collected in the Mill Wheel Spa are only collected by individual clients and can not be grouped together.
Mill Wheel points can not be added to discounted appointments and packages.
Points cannot be transferred between customers or clients. Nor can points be transferred form Three Horseshoes Loyalty to Mill Wheel loyalty and vise versa.
Employees of The Three Horseshoes Inn Ltd cannot collect points.
The Three Horseshoes Inn Ltd have the right at any time to cancel, refuse to add or redeem points and cancel your loyalty if at any time we have reason to believe that you are abusing the scheme.
