Register & download our App, to receive the following benefits –

  • Earn points as you spend on food & drink. For every £1 spent you will earn 4 points.
  • Every 100 points earned = £1, to spend on food & drink at The Three Horseshoes.
  • Receive double points around your Birthday and on your Anniversary joining date.
  • Receive other exclusive offers throughout the year, only available on the App.
  • Monitor your points on the App.
  • Book a table in our dining area direct from the App
  • Order drink from your table, to be delivered safely to your table.
  • Stores your credit or debit card details securely for future purchases.

How to download our App

  1. Just simply press “register user” situated at the bottom or side of this page
  2. Enter your details and press “register”
  3. We will then send you a e-mail with instructions, including user name & password, with a link to download the servedby app from your app store.
  4. Every time you eat or drink with us; open the servedby app and you are free to use the benefits above.
  5. If you order from the app, you will automatically receive loyalty points
  6. If you order with a waiter at the table or at the bar, present the QR code, before you pay and we will add the points.

Not got a smart phone!

  • Not a problem. Next time you visit us, ask for a loyalty card instead of using the app.
  • Ask a member of staff how to order if you don’t have a smart phone or if you need help with the app.

 

Three Horseshoes Loyalty Club Terms & Conditions
  • Please only use the order to table facility, when at a table and not before hand
  • Three Horseshoes Loyalty App or Card must be presented before or when asking for your bill. Loyalty points cannot be added after a bill is paid. We can not add points from previous visits
  • Maximum of 2000 points can be earned per visit.
  • Unused loyalty is automatically deleted after 2 years.
  • Points can only be multiplied during offers to a maximum of 2 times.
  • Points can only be collected through food or drink transactions. No loyalty is earned or can be redeemed against spa or accommodation.
  • Points cannot be transferred between customers or clients. Nor can points be transferred form Three Horseshoes Loyalty to Mill Wheel loyalty and vise versa.
  • Employees of The Three Horseshoes Inn Ltd cannot collect points.
  • The Three Horseshoes Inn Ltd have the right at any time to cancel, refuse to add or redeem points and cancel your loyalty if at any time we have reason to believe that you are abusing the scheme.
